As part of our commitment to working with children and young people, we recognise the importance of providing a person-centred approach that encourages progression and creates opportunities.

Embrace Care’s approach will ensure:

Meaningful engagement – We will create opportunities for purposeful experiences for children and young people to have fun and participate in activities that make them happy.

Promoting education & learning – We will promote education and learning in school and college as well as providing creative educational activities to ensure children and young people are continuous exploring, learning and reaching their full potential.

Building trusting relationships – We recognise that many children and young people experience adverse childhood experiences and the importance of developing trusting relationships with their caregivers. We will provide nurturing care whilst encouraging positive and healthy relationships.

Involving, listening, and promoting views – Our children and young people’s views, wishes and feelings are paramount to effective care delivery. We will create opportunities for gaining regular feedback to shape and improve experiences

Effective care planning and risk assessment – Embrace’s approach to care planning is ensuring a whole approach to the child/young person is assessed in order to meet individual needs and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect each young person.
